Who in my family can use this program?

All dogs and cats are eligible. A single pet plan covers one dog or cat, and an unlimited plan covers all the dogs and cats that reside in your home.

How much does this coverage cost?

PetPlus is only $4.50/month for a single pet, or $8.50/month for all the pets in your home.

What if my employment status changes?

If you leave or retire from your current employer, you can continue your plan membership at the same rate. Once your plan is inactive, you can log in to your account at www.petbenefits.com to continue your plan. Or simply call or email Pet Benefit Solutions’ customer service.

When would my coverage start?

After you enroll, you will receive instructions how to activate your PetPlus plan. It only takes a minute to activate and add your pet’s information. Then you can start shopping immediately for pet products at members-only prices.

Is PetPlus insurance?

No, PetPlus is not pet insurance. It is a comprehensive benefits program designed to help save pet parents time and money in all areas of their pet’s care. Unlike even the best pet insurance, PetPlus has no exclusions for pets with pre-existing conditions; there are no claims forms, limits, or deductibles.
